This autumn, head to Noah’s Ark Zoo Farm for a rather unusual adventure! Follow the Poo at the Zoo: Number 2 trail, become a Dung Detective and discover some surprising facts about animal poo, from communication and territory marking to attracting a mate.
Once you’ve cracked the clues, head over to Pumpkinfest and choose your perfect pumpkin from more than 30 varieties and gourds. With autumn decorations, family photo spots, tasty food and warming drinks, it’s a lovely way to enjoy the season.

Looking for a fun Halloween activity for younger children? Little Scare-lings at Dobbies Shepton Mallet is a 90-minute Halloween tea party packed with spooky creativity, games and tasty treats.
Children can make a glow-in-the-dark slime potion, decorate their own trick or treat bag and enjoy Halloween-themed games and activities, followed by a spooky afternoon tea.

This Halloween follow the clues hidden around the gardens to find the culprit behind the spooky goings on at Hestercombe.
Don’t forget to try and spot Hester the bat and enjoy a play at the two play areas for some magical fun. Then stop of at the Stables Restaurant or Caffè + Gelato which offers home-cooked food, tea and cakes.

Dunster Castle school of magic returns for another adventure.
One of the professors’ creature companions has naughty streak and has cast a spell over all the other creatures to confuse their keepers.
Without the right familiar, the professors are unable to teach. Follow the trail around the grounds, complete the activities and work out which familiar belongs to which professor – can you find the naughty one?
